Lower Silesia representatives make study visit to Strasbourg

From 4th to 9th October 2009 the representatives of Lower Silesian Region were on a study visit to Strasbourg in Alsace, the partner region in ‘P4G Partnership for Good’ project.

The visit purported to boost qualifications of the Marshal’s Office of Lower Silesian Voivodeship staff and make them acquainted with the administrative structure of Alsace. Other aims were: exchange of  experiences in the fields of innovativeness, economic development, environmental issues and EU programmes.

The visitors gained knowledge of great importance for new Lower Silesian undertakings and the development of international cooperation. What’s more, the contacts made with Alsatian institutions are to be used in the implementation of future partner projects.
