Visit to Basque Country – summary

On 10th December Marshal’s Office of Lower Silesia Voivodeship (Region) organised a seminar for the representatives of local authorities title ‘Basque Country – autonomy, sustainable development, innovation. From heavy industry to state-of-the-art technologies, i.e. good practice learned during the Lower Silesian representatives’ study visit to Basque Country’.

This study visit took place between 19th and 23rd July 2010. The seminar purported to present and comment on the possibilities of cooperation between Lower Silesia and Basque Country as far as economic development, innovativeness, cluster creation and technology parks projects are concerned.

The seminar made part of the regional conference organised by Regional Policy Department.
